BUTTERFLY & OCTOPUS stands for a new generation of leadership and the world of work:
committed individuals whose competence, clarity, and impact speak for themselves – in every setting, at every level, and at every stage of a career – grounded in character, qualification, and drive. Leadership teams that commit to diversity out of conviction, are measured by their performance, and dismantle traditional power structures.
Empowerment is my mission. Through individual guidance and structured programmes, I strengthen leaders – above all in people leadership, the discipline that decides trust, performance, and retention, and with them the success of the business. Where its quality falls short, it becomes the greatest risk: too often assumed rather than taught, picked up on the side when it should be the heart of the role.
This ambition matters most where the hurdles are highest: helping women establish themselves in leadership. Equal responsibility, unequal footing. Many obstacles stay invisible – rarely named, scarcely noticed within male-dominated structures. I help women see through these patterns and turn them into assured positioning, rather than wearing themselves out against them – as part of a leadership culture that inspires, sets new standards, and reshapes society for the long term.
The butterfly stands not only for growth, change, and fresh starts, but for the radical reinvention of metamorphosis – a symbol more relevant than ever in an age of rapid digital change and disruption. It stands for unfolding hidden potential and breaking free of old limits. Anyone who takes on leadership today is a pioneer of this transformation: breaking with convention, forging new paths, creating role models. Just as the butterfly unfolds its potential, I encourage people to transform – and to live their role authentically, with ease and elegance.
The octopus unites intelligence, agility, and adaptability. It finds creative solutions even in complex situations, pairing analytical rigor with intuition. With its eight arms, it handles several tasks at once with ease. This is exactly the capacity leaders need today: keeping many balls in the air, deftly juggling different roles, expectations, themes, and projects. Shaping that versatility, bringing structure to complexity, and creating room to breathe along the way – that is where I come in. So leaders can keep their heads clear for what matters most.
